Emergency Situations

Vaughn Water Company has a state-approved Emergency Response Plan in place. It details the steps that will be taken during and after a severe emergency including some type of local or national disaster. For example, if there is a major power outage, the Company’s facilities are located in 3 separate electrical power grids and, we have several emergency generators that will continue to run certain facilities during the power outage. The main office also has emergency power.

In the event of an emergency, Vaughn Water Company’s communications system will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
