When are Vaughn Water Company billing statements due?

If your water service has been shut off because payment was not received by the Shut-Off Notice payment date:

You will be required to pay any past due balance and reconnection fee before your water service can be restored.

If you are unable to pay during normal business hours and you contact our office after hours for your water service to be restored, you will be required to pay any past due balance and after-hours reconnection fee by 9:00am the following business day.  If a payment is not received, the water service will be disconnected again.
