Types of Problems
When you report a problem, it may help to have these definitions so you can more accurately suggest the type of problem you are observing:
Flooded Street – it has not been raining and there is water at least 1-inch deep flowing and covering an entire street.
Broken Fire Hydrant – you see a fire hydrant that has either been hit by a car or is otherwise malfunctioning.
No Water Pressure – there is no water when expected. Typically involving multiple customers.
